I was contacted by one of our high school classmates trying to get the list together for our 45th reunion. I saw Teri's name and no other information. I have tried to find Teri before but I didn't have the Carpenter name only Cunningham and Hosick. She dropped out of our lives after her first marriage became troubled and she divorced. Marilyn Barry, Teri, and I used to be very good friends from first grade on. We walked home from school together and got into trouble together. One such incident I particularly remember was during Halloween. Soaping windows was the thing to do and Teri suggested we soap the windows to her house. I was against it, but she insisted no one would know it was us. I don't remember doing the soaping because I was too afraid of your grandmother but did watch Teri do it. Mrs. C. didn't bat an eye when she told us she knew we had soaped the windows and that I should go home and Teri would clean them off. My heart sank when I read of her unexpected death. I had always hoped to be able to renew our knowing of each others doings. I guess it's not to be. If you have any photos of Teri you could attach to an email to me I would be forever grateful. I still have some of the notes she wrote to me in grade school. Marc, I saw your note about the snow and, yes, your mom would have loved it. We played in the snow and made snowmen, as well as walking in it to each others homes. I spent many nights at your mom's house when we were little. I send my deepest and heartfelt sympathy to the whole family. I'm sure you and everyone in the family miss her. Did she ever tell you she styled herself after the model "Twiggy".
