It has been two years ago this March 15th, that my brother left us. I miss you every day, believe me.I know in my heart that you are up there with dad. I think about you all the time. through everything, she's definitely seeing her strength and stepping forward as you well know. Mom's strength and determination and perseverance through all this has been very admirable to say the least. My father was my hero! I always admired my Dad for being selfless and committing himself to help his fellow man. The many sacrifices my father made to help others was very admirable. As a man of action, Uncle Johnny never hesitated to step up and move out when the situation required leadership and direction. Always true and honest with his words, he exemplified the kind of man depicted in movies and rarely found nowadays. Uncle Johnny's military service spanned from the 70s, 80s and 90s. In 21 years, he rose from the rank of E1 (Private) to E8 (First Sergeant). Alaska, Arizona, California, Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, Italy, Germany, Korea and several Central & South American countries are a few of the many places he traveled.
 
Irrespective of a life filled with adventure, challenge and triumphs, his commitment to God, Country, Service & Family remained a cornerstone of his daily walk with Christ.
