Dear Diane and Family,
Such sweet memories I have of the stories you told at the office about your dad, your love for him and his love of his family. Although having never met him, he touch my life through you Diane. Thank you for all your sharing. God's loving arms are wrapped around him and I can only believe he is at peace and sharing a wonderful reunion with those he loved that have gone before him.
Prayers and sympathy,
Bernadette & Gary

You are definitely in our thoughts today. Your dad was quite the man and I learned even more about him from the history you wrote! You're such a good daughter: caring for him in so many ways and now celebrating his life. Jake and I send condolences to your whole family.

Beautiful obituary, DeeDee. I learned some new things about Grandpa reading it. I love that he valued education so highly and I'm glad you noted his wit - he was funny.

Diane, I enjoyed reading your dad's obituary, and smiled at the reference to his being a walking encyclopedia to all things historic at family discussions. What wonderful memories your family must have of those discussions! You and your family are in our prayers.
