Mike always made me smile. I loved to listen when he played guitar. I am so sorry I hadn't know Mike and Tonia longer. I will miss his smiling face.

Our friendship expanded over 27 years. I have so many memory’s of Mike, I could not begin to tell them all. One of my favorites is when he came to my home, in Dayton at that time, knowing I could not pack up my piano and come to him, he packed up and came to me. We played and sang all night long, this memory will always be in my soul. Many years at Grants Creek, with both of our sons and that crazy dog Rocky. He was the master of grilling chicken, he had 1000 ways to fix chicken and I never ate one that I didn’t like. The time Mike, Kevin and I drove from Indiana to see his sister Sandy. We sang all the way there and back. I loved Mike, he make me feel like I was his only friend, ever time he seen me, even though he had hundreds of friends. He made me feel loved and glad I was on the planet. He was very proud of the man his son became and his daughter was his heart. I have tons of photos and zillions of memory’s of my dear loved friend.

I was unable to attended Mikes funeral and give my respects’. I was two days into an acute pancreatic attack, when I heard the news of Mike crossing over. The shock in tensed my illness. This attack will pass and my memories will last me till we all see him again in heaven. The brightest star always burn out the fastest !!

You will be missed!

RIP brother. The good ones die young and you are further proof. Rock-on my friend.

Wow Mike, sitting here thinking of the memories I have you. All of them either make me laugh or smile. I know you are rockin' out up there in heaven because those angels sure gained one of the most awesome guitar players. Watch over your kids, grandbabies and Tonia. Everyone sure will miss you, but until we meet again.

The first time we met you said you knew we would be friends for a long time. I'm so sorry that time couldn't be longer. Until we see one another again my friend I'll still be looking forward to hearing you play.

Forever music in hearts will mike be.. Loved and missed always now will he be. May ur hearts know that he gave music, love and laughter to all those he knew.. Tonia we love you and are here for u always..
