All of my memories of Betty are of her with a huge smile and the happiest attitude. Every morning would start with a big "GOOD MORNING" along with a big beautiful smile. Often we would get a small sample of her singing through the halls as she would walk by....Betty always added a special spark to the room. She will be missed. I am so glad that I was able to have met such a wonderful lady. My thoughts are with her family.

Betty was a wonderful lady . She was always smiling even though she was having a bad day . I looked forward to her e-mails and she will be missed . God has another Angel . My heart goes out to the family .

I met Betty when I went to work at Gayley -N- Lord (formally Burlington Ind.) in Caroleen. She was so nice to me. She always had a beautiful smile. She let me know that she was a friend of my husband's aunt....Joan Hawkins Hollifield. Joan passed away just 8 days before Betty. I know they are in Heaven laughing and having a grand time together again. Chase High School class of 1965 has lost 2 beautiful and classey ladies.

Betty was the sweetest person I knew when I worked with her at cone jacquard in the lab. I know how u all fill because I lost my mother in 2011. My mother lost the battle with breast cancer after a year of fighting it. We seem to be loosing lots of people from the plant lately we lost Eddie Hill the last week of December to cancer, also we lost a Guy named Thomas in the weave-room to kidney

so sorry to hear of the loss of Ms. Betty! I have SO MANY memories of her and you as well.. Had some great times as a teenager at her house.. Used to love to hear her laugh!! She was always so sweet and kind to me!! Loved her to pcs.. God bless you and your family. I know she will be missed.

Betty was fun, feisty and glamorous! We all loved her at Cone for her sweet, compassionate nature combined with a wicked sense of humor!
My sympathies to her family because she was a special lady.

i worked with betty for several yrs in the lab and front office at cone jacquard. she made coming to work fun. i feel very blessed to have those memories to treasure. my prayers are with the family to find peace and comfort. Go fly with the angels Betty you will be missed by many.
