I remember when I first met Mary at the Jenison Meijer Store, she helped me learn the whole job routine and I became an S,C. and had a great time working there. She will be deeply missed and I will never forget how she treated everyone that she came in contact with. She was such a well loved and a very special person. My heart and prayers goes out to the family. With my deepest love.

Mary was an amazing manager when I started my first job. She was always smiling and providing encouragement. I count her as one of the reasons I have succeeded to the point I am today. Thank you Mary, we'll miss you, see you again someday.

I worked at Jenison Meijer right out of high school, I never worked for Mary but she was always friendly and willing to help out. I remember I always got carded for cigarettes ( I was 19 and never wanted to bring my purse in to work with my id in it) and I would call Mary, whining because I couldn't smoke on my break. She would always calm me down and tell me "Heather, my cashiers are only doing

My deepest condolences to Mary's family and close friends. I knew her when we were (much) younger at Camp Concordia. The lasting impression I have of her is her smile and laughter. Those were good times and she always seemed to be laughing and happy. I can't begin to imagine her recent pain or the deep sorrow that you have now. But please know that I am lifting you and your burdens up to The Lord, and I pray for abundant measures of his peace and comfort for each of you. Grace and peace, friends!

I met Mary in July of 2005 at the Jenison Meijer store. She was a great partner in running the store, and a fine leader, respected and loved by so many. I respected her for her business accomplishments, and loved her for the wonderful human being she was. I'll remember her for the things I could always count on ....walking into work every day and having her come up to me with a great smile, a positive attitude and "

I worked with Mary at Standale Meijer. She was very sweet to all of us and a pleasure to work with. We lift up her family and all who were close to her. May God touch each one with His comfort in this difficult time.
