Memories & Candles
Dear Connie, So very sorry to hear of Ed's passing, quite a shock when I pulled up the website. Russ & I always enjoyed visiting with both you and Ed, and we seemed to have our kids in common and some of the things we like to do. We are in southern Texas right now, but do know we are thinking of you and hope to see you when we get back. All our thoughts and prayers are with you & Kim, your friends, Russ & Tammi Greer

My condolences on Ed's passing. I worked for Ed at Farmhand in the early 80's. It was first job in Grinnell when I moved there. I always liked working for Ed and he was a kind and caring man.

Connie and Kim,
My sympathy to both of you in this time of loss. I remember Ed stopping by Dad's garage many times while we were there visiting. He was a nice guy.

I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Ed's passing. I enjoyed seeing Ed at the reunion this past summer. He had such a great time sharing the mike with Sherry. I remember Ed from GHS as one of our class's best athletes, especially in basketball where he was one of my teammates from 7th grade on. Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences for your loss.-

Connie, Ed will be missed greatly. I worked with him at Grinnell Products for several years and they were some of the best years because of Ed. He was funny and he loved to joke around, well not until a few of us would egg him on. But he always paid us back for what ever we did to him, he was a great man and a great boss! I will miss him alot...
