I knew George from beggars pizza when he was a driver.I was saddened by his loss. I have not seen him for afew years, but I will always remember his smile and good spirit. God bless you George RIP . Jim Christensen

George and I first met at Memorial Park when he was a lifeguard . No running he would yell, I was just. 8 years old . Later in life we would meet when he worked for my cousin's. Concrete company. George was a hard worker and allways had a smile and allways a joke on the tip of his tongue. He will be missed by many in Blue ISLAND, he touched many people with his charm and witty ways. We will always remember you George !! May god give your family the strength and compassion for your passing.

Just heard about the sad loss of George. I went to Jr.High & High school with "Mags" as I called him growing up. He was surely a prankster & tough little dude when he played football for the old Cal Park Rams (Red & Yellow uniforms) as youngsters and in High School at DDe as a Cardinal!!! His goofiness and playfulness will certainly be missed. I'm sure he is making folks laugh up there too!!!

George and I went to high school together and did not know each other prior to high school but George was one of the first friends I made at school. An outgoing friendly dude that loved to crack jokes. I always remember that infectious smile of his. We lost touch over the years but when I got word that George passed away, I was certainly saddened. George is a good place now and my thoughts and prayers go out to all his beloved family and friends. Rest in Peace George. Sincerely, Mark
