Memories & Candles
I met Lori at work in 1999 and worked with her off and on through the years. She was always such a kind and friendly person. She will be missed, and my thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

Lori and I worked together and sat in adjacent offices for about two years. She was very popular in our building and was always helpful. I still use the drawings she made for our building, as they are still hung in my office. I was so saddened to hear her early passing. She always talked about her beloved daughters, Amanda & Allison and I was so glad to meet with them in 'take your daughters day to work day'. One

It's already been a week since you left and I still have this feeling that you're going to come home. I realize it's because you've never left. Everyday I find something that I know is a gift from you to let me know that you still love me. I miss you so much, and I think about you 1,000 times a day. I love you.

I remember a kind lady taking me under her wing-just because. A fun spirited lady named Lori invited me to 'afternoon-tea' and we had a grand time with the girls-one of my favorite memories at Lockheed (one of the few). Climbing over equipment older than either of us in a forgotten room and getting splinters, covered in cobwebs, metal cuts and laughing so hard we almost fell to the floor, only Lori could have made that fun. Lori will forever be in our hearts and never forgotten. Even though it was for a short time I am so happy she was able to return "Home", where her heart always was. I can remember the sparkle in her eye when she would talk about returning. Our hearts are heavy now, but we are all better people having known her. She will be missed.

Lorrie was a student of mine at the University, and I was very sorry to hear of her passing. She was always cheery in her interaction with the faculty and fellow students. God bless.

Lori was a beautiful lady and will be so missed. All of her friends are deeply saddened with her early passing, and we pray that she is at peace. We had been good friends for many years before I changed jobs and lost touch, but your friends always stay with you.
Amanda and Allison, I know your Mom will be there in your hearts and will always be watching over you.

Thank you for your friendship and being part of our work family. I will never forget your smile and pray that you are in Perfect Hands in your next life. I am very sorry and sad that you had to leave us so soon but then again God has a plan for all of us and I guess His plan was for you to go home now.

To the family of Lori,
I just had to add to the friends list to tell you what a dear, sweet person your mother was to all those she touched here at Lockheed Martin. I had to opportunity and the honor to work with Lori in SMD. We had a birthday club, and what I will always cherish is her kind and willing heart to share. Lori would bring in all her lovely China, and silverware to our luncheon's and tea's.
