I am deeply saddened to learn of your Dad's passing. What a man! Go back to the days of kick the can on suburban drive :) When my Grandfather Smith passed, your Dad, as you know, took Emily under his wings as you all did. I know she is very appreciative as I am too.

What with making "short stories long", even my children loved visiting your house and listening to your dad's stories about the 'hood. I am so truly sorry for your loss and often think and even dream of your family, just like it was mine.

He will be truly missed by so many, especially the girls in the dining room, always flirting at the ladies so he could get all he wanted and more from the kitchen, HEHE! (Special Treatment, of course!) I am so sorry for the loss, but God must have needed him! He certainly impacted many lives and was such a positive individual that did so much, expecting nothing in return.
