So sorry to hear about Sue's passing! Sorry we missed the funeral service but we just lost our brother-in-law so we were committed there. I knew Sue and her brother at old Dentsville High School and considered her a real friend. We lost track, after school, as I moved around many times with my work (Southern Bell and AT&T). Having had some heart issues myself, it was difficult hearing that she succumbed to such problems. Prayers of comfort sent for her family and friends! John (aka "Johnny" aka "Little Jake") Jacobs

Sue was beautiful inside and out. She saw the good in everyone and was nurturing to all. She really knew her reason for being here....showing and giving love.We had many good talks and times together. It was a privilege to have been a friend of Sue's and I will miss her so much. My sympathy to her family and friends that she loved so much. Sue, a job will done and I will see you again.

My husband, Rembert and I met Sue and Louie in the late 60s when we all lived in the duplexes on Brennan Road. Louie, you had just come back from the Army. Sue was always so full of fun. I cut her hair one time (I am not stylist). We are very saddened to hear of her passing. May God bless all of you and comfort you in this time of great loss.

I have known Sue & Louie for at least forty years. We spent many hours together on the dance floor. She was a great dancer and a beautiful woman inside and out. I absolutely loved her service today. I spoke with Brooks at the grave site, told him what an outstanding job he did and asked him if he was a minister. He told me that he was and I remarked that he certainly spoke as a minister would, but asked

What a privalege to have known Sue Turner. I met Sue when she came to Esthetics International to become an esthetician. I had the honor to be her instructor. But I must say that I learned a lot from her as well. Her positive attitude was like a magnet and her "can do attitude" was just what other students needed as well. I have such fond memories of her and the beauty industry has suffered a great loss.My sympathy to her family.

I remember when we first moved to Horse Shoe Circle and met the Sills. Sue was a happy, energetic little girl with blond hair. Always had a smile on her face. she and my sister Jean were close friends. I was best friends with her sister, Patsy. We had some of the best times growing up together, playing in the woods, chewing rabbit tobacco, sitting on the side of the hill waving to the guy down the street, getting RC's
