My prayers are with the family of my dear friend. I have known her for about 30 years. We worked at the Post Office together and kept in touch when I moved to SC. She was a special person and will be missed. Collen thank-you for allowing her to call me, it was nice talking to her. Again I am sorry for your loss.

Our prayers are with the family at this time. May you find comfort in knowing that Ms. Phyllis is resting now and out of all discomfort. I knew her to be a HARDWORKING family woman who bent over backwards for many. Those are qualities that I will remember and cherish most about her. She was one of few people I would allow to call me "Keeshawn". I will miss her dearly!

To Kevin Basil and family, I would like to express my sincere condolences for the loss of your mother. May God continue to comfort and keep you in his arms. "Never a burden that he does not carry, never a sorrow that he does not share, whether the days maybe sunny or dreary, Jesus is always there."

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the family. Ms. Phyllis will truly be missed by many. I had the pleasure of knowing her for more than 33 years. One thing I know for sure about her is that she loved the Lord, and she loved her family. Ms. Phyllis demonstrated her love to many. My children and I were fortunate to have been recipients of her love. May the Lord rest her soul.

I wish to extend my heart felt sympathy to the Suiter family. I have known Phyllis and her siblings since 1949 or 1950. I grew up with the Suiters....a lovely family and great neighbors. Over many years I have remained in contact with Phyllis through Christmas cards and touching bases via telephone. I wil missl Phyllis deeply! However, I will always have great memories of her and her family. May God bless her entire family. Peace, Love and divine comfort to all. Phyllis, give my grandmother, Mrs Cobb-Thompson, a hug & kiss form me.

There is truly something special about a person when you share only a few, select moments together and yet you come away with a true understanding of their spirit. Ms. Phyllis was just naturally a sweet, caring woman. Her family meant the world to her, and no matter the actual relation (immediate or distant) she made you feel like you actually mattered to her. She accomplished something that most people only hope to achieve: a legacy. My prayer is that the family takes pride and finds comfort in recognizing such.

To the family:

I am sorry for the lost of Phyllis Suiter she was a good friend. We worked together at the Department of Finance and Revenue (D.C. government) now known as the Office of Tax and Revenue for several years. I had not seen her for many years until maybe six years ago at a medical facility, we talked a little, it was great seeing her.

My prayers are with the family.

God bless you!
