Cromartie Funeral Home, founded in 1906, has proudly served the citizens of our community for 100 years. Though we are now known as Cromartie, Miller & Lee Funerals and Cremations, our pledge of providing compassion, understanding and professionalism that you can rely on, remains as strong today as it was the day our funeral home first opened its doors. Ray Cromartie, Sr. opened Cromartie Funeral Home on Broadway Street in the building once known as Cromartie Hardware Store. In 1969, the funeral home moved to its present location on Cumberland Street in historic downtown Dunn. Throughout the years, Cromartie Funeral Home provided services to many historical figures including Major General William C. Lee, known as "Father of the American Airborne," who died after dedicating his life to his country. The museum in his honor is located just two blocks from our funeral home. Other local points of interest include Campbell College, Fort Bragg and Averasboro Civil War Battleground. Our funeral home has two visitation rooms, an arrangement room and a lounge area. Guests will also find ample parking. We are centrally located to conveniently serve the families of Harnett, Johnston, Cumberland and Sampson Counties.
