So sorry to hear of Mr. Jeter's passing. His committment to caring for his family impressed me as I witnessed how he took care of Terry and Mrs. Jeter. I'm sure he is reaping his rewards in heaven.

Please know how sorry I am to hear about Mr Jeter's passing. He was such a sweet man and a devoted father to Terry. I remember before he came to live at Lake Way, how he would come in every day and feed Terry his meals, then once he became a resident, whenever you'd walk by their room, you'd see him sitting in his chair next to Terry, holding his hand. He always had a smile and kind word for us all. He is going to be missed by all of us at Lake Way, but especially Terry. I will be keeping you all in my prayers!

I never had the priviledge of knowing Mr. Jeter personally as I would have liked to. However, I had the blessing to work with his daughter, Linda Tolbert, who was crazy over her daddy. She told many stories about Mr. Jeter to the point, I felt I knew him. In her own words, "they don't make them like my daddy anymore." He was a very special man who loved his family and was very loved and appreciated by them. I know they are going to miss him every day but will find comfort knowing that he is now at home in heaven, safe, happy, whole and knowing that this isn't the end. There will be some wonderful reunion someday and that gives us reason to be happy for him and for us.
