Charles was born on September 18, 1939 and passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019.

Charles was a resident of North Carolina at the time of passing.

He graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1958.

He served in the US Air Force.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:45 AM in the Church Gathering Hall.

In lieu of flowers, our family asks that donations be made to Snyder Memorial Baptist Church in Frank's memory.
