Dean Downey, age 70, born June 26, 1942, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Downey was a resident of Sunflower, AL. He was a Chaplain with the McIntosh Police Department. Mr. Downey was a member of Georgetown Baptist Church in Chunchula, AL.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. until the 2:00 P.M. Service at Cathedral of Praise Church, Sunflower, AL with Rev. Eddie Brunson officiating. Interment will be in Sunflower Methodist Cemetery, Sunflower, AL.
