Mrs. Welborn was born on February 25, 1923 and passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2009.

Mrs. Welborn was last known to be living in Greensboro, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her husband Otis.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday November 7, 2009 at Martin Avenue Baptist Church. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park. Greensboro The family will receive friends Friday evening November 6, 2009 fro 6:00-8:30 P.M. at Forbis & Dick North Elm Chapel.
