Quinlan – Mrs. Frances M. Quinlan aged 84 of Howell passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013. Mrs. Quinlan was preceded in death by her husband Robert in 2001. She is survived by her children, Joann (Jeff) Higgins, Roberta (Ray) McCurdy, Mary (Kevin) Monroe, Donna Quinlan, Richard Quinlan; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont. Her family will greet relatives and friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
