Harlow Akie Pearce, 76, passed away at UNC Hospital on February 10, 2013. Harlow was born in Wake County on August 1, 1936 to the late Joseph Akie Pearce and Nellie Lee Price Pearce. He was a welder with Stone Heavy Vehicles.
Funeral Service: 3:00 pm, Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC 27545.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 1:00 to 3:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at the home of Nellie and Michael Smith, 105 Fox Run Road, Wendell, NC 27591.

In addition to his parents, Harlow was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Hodge Pearce in 2008, and sons, Charles William Pearce and David Earl Pearce.
