Hazel passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2009.

Hazel was last known to be living in Oxford, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her husband Hubert.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday in the Eakes Funeral Chapel in Oxford by the Rev. B. Patrick Cox. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation 12:30-2:00 PM Tuesday prior to the service at the Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford and at other times at the home of Keith and Lynn Cox, 219 Hillcrest Drive, Oxford, NC 27565.
