Jeannie Lowman, age 52 passed away suddenly Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at her home in Rising Sun, MD. Born August 3, 1960 in Queens, NY, Jeannie was the daughter of the late John and Martha (Lyons) Demmick.
Jeannie's passion in life was caring for those around her which is why she became an LPN. She served honorably in the U.S. Navy. She loved reading and growing her own herbs and spices but her greatest joy was caring for her wonderful family.
Jeannie is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Walter "Lee" Lowman; three daughters, Elizabeth, Samantha, and Julie; four cousins, Emma, John, Patrick, and David, one grandchild, Tony, and many friends.
A service honoring Jeannie's life will be held at 8pm Thursday, January 31, 2013 with a visitation being held from 6pm to 8pm at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 South Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
