Mr. Twigg was born on December 19, 1945 and passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2009.

Mr. Twigg was last known to be living in Smithfield, North Carolina.

He is survived by his wife Carol.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 3, 2009 at 2:00pm at Tee�s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 2, 2009 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma.
