Mrs. Putnam was born on May 3, 1944 and passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2009.

Mrs. Putnam was last known to be living in Smithfield, North Carolina.

She is survived by her husband David.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 05, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Way of Life Baptist Church with Pastor L.E. Godwin officiating.
