Myron H. McLane "Mike", of Warren, age 75, died on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at his home.
He was born August 16, 1937 in Mount Clemens the son of the late Otis and the late Elizabeth (nee: Locklin) McLane.
Mike worked as an assembler ar TRW in Sterling Heights where he retired after 39 years. When mike was not working he enjoyed, not only spending time with his family and friends, but also loved woodworking, playing golf and working in the garden. Mike was known as a joker and not only enjoyed life but recieved great joy out of making people laugh.
Mike is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joanne; children, Sandy (Tony) Suworow and Michael (Jennifer) Dorywalski; grandchildren, Andy, Joseph, Angelia, Megan, Harmony, Brandon, Krystial, Christopher, Trevor, and Bekkah; siblings, Andrew (Lori) McLane, Bernie (Bob) Westfall, and Shirley Belkoff; friendly companion, Peaches. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mike will be held Friday 3-9 pm with a 7:00 pm Memorial Prayer Service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). He will lie in state Saturday 10:30 am until the time of his funeral Service at 11:00 am at St. Sabbas Orthodox Monastery (18725 Old Homestead Drive in Harper Woods). Interment will take place Monday at 12:00 pm at Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to ALS of Michigan.
