Rex was born on November 22, 1951 and passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2011.

Rex was a resident of Skiatook, Oklahoma at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Joy.

Visitation will be Monday, June 13, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, OK.
