Richard was born on August 21, 1957 and passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2011.

Richard was a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Karen.

Visitation will be held Friday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 26th in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with Pastor Rex Griffin officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
