Richard was born on May 20, 1939 and passed away on Monday, November 2, 2009.

Richard was last known to be living in Smithfield, North Carolina.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 PM in Centenary United Methodist Church in Smithfield. The family will receive friends at the church Thursday night from 7 to 9 PM.
