Stuart Grady, son of Steve and Betty Lou Grady of the Beautancus Community near Mount Olive, died Tuesday night, February 5, 2013 in Beaufort County.

A service of remembrance will be held Sunday, Feb. 10, at 3 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church with Pastor Wanda Simmons offficiating, and with visitation immediately following. Family and friends are also being received at the home of his parents at 1434 Beautancus Rd., Mount Olive.

Along with his parents, Stuart is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Stephen C. Grady Jr. and Lauren Grady of Kenansville; a niece, Savannah Grady; his maternal grandparents, Marvin and Zadie Belle Cotton of Calypso; and an extended family of caring individuals in Washington, N.C.

His paternal grandparents, James "JIm" and Mildred S. Grady, preceded him in death.

In lieu of flowers, his family wishes for memorial gifts to be given to Bethel Church, c/o Charles ivey, 2284 Summerlin Crossroads Road, Mount Olive, N.C. 28365
