William was born on April 19, 1947 and passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2009.

William was last known to be living in Benson, North Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ruby.

A memorial service to remember Bill will be held at 6:00pm on Monday, November 02, 2009 at the home, 1120 Loveless Lane, Rocky Mount NC. Visitation with friends and relatives will follow the service.
